We apologize for the Summoner character creation error last week.
The error is now fixed, you may create one without purchasing an extra card if you have already bought one after the maintenance last week.

Our apologies again for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We will be compensating total 550 W Coins for every Summoner card purchase that was made from Feb 24 (after the maintenance)~Mar 03 (before the maintenance.)

Compensatory W Coins will be given on Mar 10.

After update some errors found in game. Following is the list and we will fix this error as soon as possible.

1. More Channels Coming UP!

We are happy to inform you that we are now preparing to add more servers to both gold channel and normal channel due to high increase in number of Mutizens.
We hope that this will improve your game play conditions and we will prepare more events to provide more fun!

2. Summoner Creation Error

We are putting our best efforts to fix this problem as soon as possible, but it’s taking more time than it was initially expected.
We will give out compensatory gifts for Mutizens who purchased Summoner card after the 24th.

Any updates on this matter will be announced via notice board.

3. I cannot enter Illusion Temple
We are working on finding the cause. There is a chance that update file may not have worked properly, so please reinstall your game patch.

4. Error message
When game client closes a message “Transform into Panda” pops up.
This is a text error and we will fix this soon.

5. Where can I find NPC Leo?
NPC Leo will come back to the Continent of MU after March 10th maintenance. You may redeem your first purchase gifts then.

Q. I bought the Gold Channel Ticket, but I cannot find it in my inventory.
A. When you purchase a ticket, it will take an effect 30 min later, but there is no item left in the inventory like when you bought a Seal of Wealth.

Q. Do I get more EXP if I use Seal of Wealth in Gold Channel?
A Yes. You may get up to 533% EXP boost.

Q. I bought the ticket, but I cannot enter the gold channel.
A. If you have a trouble entering the gold channel, please make sure you have waited 30 minutes before clicking Channel 1 or Channel 2.

Q I wanted to buy two tickets so I can play in gold channel for two weeks, but it doesn’t work.
A Unfortunately you cannot buy a ticket when another one is already active. Please wait till your ticket expires to purchase another one.

Q How long gold channel will run?
A 5 weeks from Feb 24. If there’s any change, we will keep you informed.

Q Do I get disconnected automatically when my gold channel ticket expires?
A Yes. Please check your remaining time each time you enter.
