MU Online Hardware Technical Error Report [Fixed]
Greetings Mutizens,
We would like to inform you that critical technical errors were occurred in hardware right before the maintenance.
Due to this incident, there was a data loss during last 15 minutes. Our sincere apologies for this loss and the inconvenience it may have caused. Please see below for the details.
A critical error was occurred in hardware where all MU Online game data is stored.
We started the maintenance a bit earlier to minimize the damages, however data during last 15minutes were lost.
Please be informed that data during GST 14:17~14:32 (15 min) were not stored.
We deeply apologize for this loss, and please understand that the data cannot be recovered.
We will compensate any W Coin item purchase that was made from 14:17 till 14:32.
Also if you clicked “use” button in the item shop during above time, this will be compensated as well.
