Recently, we have been receiving reports on illegal external programs.
We are currently under investigation in order to eradicate any kind of abusing related to these programs.
Users who have been proven to have used these external programs have been, and will be suspended permanently according to our company's policy.
Regarding to, but not limited to this issue, we're currently receiving active reports from all users.
Top 10 players who have provided the most crucial reports during the campaign period will receive Gold Channel Ticket 7 days as a prize.

- Top 10 reporters will receive Gold Channel Ticket 7 days on the 1st week of May.
- If there are repeated reports on the same issue, only the first one will be considered.
- The report contains detailed information about the abusing issue will be regarded more crucial than others.
- Please note any attempt to deceive Webzen employee, such as false abuser report using image alteration, may result in permanent suspension.
Please make sure to include a screenshot or a link to the video recording that can provide a definite proof of the abusing.
