“No Charge Info” Error

From January 14, 2015 UTC users are not able to connect to gold channel or experiencing “No Charge Info” error.

Currently We are working on to resolve this issue and have already started technical examination in several aspects.

We promise to resolve the issue as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience this might have brought.
