Compensation we promised for the recent gold channel issue: disconnection and no charge info, has been distributed.
We distributed gold channel ticket 3days as a compensation so please check your in-box.
We distributed the compensation according to the data reagarding use of gold channel ticket. 
Please note those who haven't received the compensation do not qualify the condition to receive it.
