Webzen.com will be implementing a new TopUp policy for Wcoin that will influence the amount of Wcoin players receive when topping up their accounts using EUR or BRL currencies.

Up until now, the ratio between the currency amount and the amount of Wcoin received when topping up has been fixed. However, due to sometimes quite significant fluctuations in the values of these currencies, the previously established fixed Wcoin amounts do not correspond with the real market values of the currencies used for TopUp.

Therefore, starting on June 9, 2015, any Wcoin amounts will be based on the most recent USD exchange ratio of the currency used for topping up. This means that the amounts of Wcoin you receive when topping up with 20 EUR for example, will now be subject to change.

The amounts will be updated on a monthly basis, and will be based on the average USD exchange ratio of your selected currency of the previous month. This may at first glance sound complicated, but we will calculate everything beforehand to save you from the trouble. You will see increases / decreases in the Wcoin amounts on a month-to-month basis, if the currency exchange rate for the currency you use to top up has increased / decreased as well.
