The problem has been fixed since 30 June 01:10 (UTC).
Please Send CS ticket for exchange if you purchased the package before 30 June 01:10 (UTC)
You might have received:
- Seal of Wealth 1day instead of Seal of Wealth 7days
- Seal of Ascension 1day instead of Seal of Ascension 7days
Please send the CS ticket by 7 July 2016(UTC).
**NOTE**
Please note that this notice is about (Normal) Hot Summer Pack that can be purchased in shop, not about the package from the redeem code.
Please do not use the items if you received it during the period.
Tickets reported after 7 July 2016(UTC), cannot be exchanged.
Items will be given into your in-box. (The last distribution will be end on 8 July 2016 UTC).
