Regarding Rare Item Ticket Exhcange (10/2~10/9 UTC)

Korea will be celebrating its Thanksgiving Day (Chuseok), one of the biggest and much awaited holiday celebration in Korea.
MU Support and GM Team will be out of the office during the celebration of this holiday.
Customer Support Tickets related to Rare Item Exchange will be temporarily unavailable starting October 2, 2017 to October 9, 2017.
The distribution of Rare Item Ticket Exchange will resume on October 10, 2017 after the scheduled maintenance.
Other Customer Support Ticket related concerns will be entertained but expect some delays on the process.
