Character Restoration after the Server Merge (23/02/2018 ~ 31/03/2018 23:59 UTC)

Greetings MUtizens,

 

In light of the recent issue regarding the missing characters after the "Server Merge",
our team have convened and unanimously decided to proceed with character restorations.

We truly understand how disappointing and disheartening losing a beloved character after spending a huge amount of time together in MU Online,
this has led us to this decision and we have prepared necessary guidelines to assist you in restoring your character.
 
 

Please carefully review the guidelines we have created below to educate yourself on what will be the requirements for the character restoration.

[Character Restoration Period]: 23/02/2018 00:00 ~ 31/03/2018 23:59 (UTC)

- Tickets submitted before 23/02/2018 will be included as well.
- Any CS ticket that is submitted after 31/03/2018 23:59 (UTC) will not be accepted regardless of the reason why.

 

[Character Restoration Process]

1. Visit “Submit a Ticket” page.
2. Choose MU Online Ticket Category – Restoration Request
3. Fill out information as follow:

- Subject/Title: [Server Merge] Character Restoration Request
- Server Name: an original server name that you transferred character. (Titan/Asgard/Vanaheim) (NOT Helheim/Midgard/Eldorado/Alfheim)
- Character Name: Lost character name (If you lost more than one character, just type one of them)
- Date of Incident: Any date you found out that your character is lost.
- Inquire Details: List Character Names that you lost.

**Please Note

- You MUST have enough character slot in ALFHEIM before you request character restoration.
- You MUST EMPTY your vault in ALFHEIM, if your mis-transferred character.
- If your character doesn’t meet a condition or doesn’t have enough information, character won’t be restored until character meets all conditions and have sufficient information.
- Character Restoration will be processed in periodical order.
- Please refrain from sending a multiple ticket with the same character information. This will lead to delay in the process.

Again, character restoration requests that do not have the necessary information or doesn't meet the mentioned requirement will be automatically denied of restoration.
