Character Restoration after the Server Merge will end on 31/03/2018 23:59 UTC
Greetings MUtizens,
Please be informed that the character restoration for
the missing characters from the server transfer event will be until March 31, 2018 as stated on the first announcement.

Please make sure to provide the necessary requirements before requesting for a character restoration.
Again, please take note that this character restoration process only applies to those who were affected by the server merge.
[Character Restoration Period]: 23/02/2018 00:00 ~ 31/03/2018 23:59 (UTC)
- Tickets submitted before 23/02/2018 will be included as well.
- Any CS ticket that is submitted after 31/03/2018 23:59 (UTC) will not be accepted regardless of the reason why.
**ATTENTION
- Suspended accounts will not be restored.
- Only tickets that has been sent during the restoration period shall be processed.
- Original accounts must be used for sending ticket requests. Usage of other accounts will be immediately declined.
- Incomplete information will lead to delay in character restoration.
