Regarding issues with receiving Free VIP Package, we would like to inform following information to minimize any misunderstanding.

1.         Conditions to receive Free VIP Package: Accounts that never played MU since June 30, 2014, and has one or more characters with level 400 or higher.

2.         If your account qualifies for the Free VIP Package but could not able to receive one, it is because of our recent data migration from old portal websites are causing problems. If this is your case, please submit us a ticket.
