We would like to inform our community that our team has received various reports regarding the ongoing hack program sale related mail as well as suspicious in-game activity.

First, we would like to thank all users who have reported the case as well as helping our investigation of the incident.

We are taking actions in accordance with our TOS regarding any abnormal behavior or action that is far from game's balance and intent.

This also includes promotion of illegal content or program as stated in our TOS and we ask that you refer to the clauses below.

a. Post, transmit, promote, or distribute illegal Content.

j. Engage in, promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.

k. Upload files that contain virus or corrupted data.

n. Use or distribute "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs or other "cheat utility" software program or applications.

Please be assured that our investigation and monitoring is ongoing, and we will strictly respond without tolerance regarding illegal programs that harm the balance and fairness of our game.

For further reports regarding the suspicious user or program, we kindly ask that you send us a report to us through Customer Service and provide explicit information such as server name and date of incident.

We apologize for the inconvenience and concerns brought from the recent promotion within game.
