We have checked the tickets in direct inquiries and some of users who did not receive the rewards inquired through a wrong category or gave us wrong character names and name of the rewards. If requests are submitted through a wrong route, the reward cannot be given according to our policy. However, we decide to give the rewards to those who send us a ticket again. If you did not received rewards, please send the ticket through ‘Rare Item Prize’. We will check and the rewards will be given as soon as possible.
