Greetings Mutizens,

We have been receiving inquiries about errors occurred while initiating MU.exe file recently.

Please note that we are working on the issues with MU Studio at the moment to find a solution as soon as possible.

Here is the summary of the error issues.

 1)     Vaccine program conflict
Some of the vaccine programs such as Kaspersky or Avast is now detecting MU.exe as a virus file after the upgrade.

2)     Gameguard error
Gameguard 1011 error is now occuring

3)     “You are already connected to game” error message

When connecting the game, above error message pops up even though you haven’t connected to the game.

We will keep you updated on any progress that will be made on above issues via notice board or forum.

1)     Vaccine program conflict

It has been confirmed that some vaccine programs now detect MU client as a virus even though it does NOT contain any.
This will be solve through patch and we are expecting it to be completed by maintenance time tomorrow.

Please do not delete MU exe or main exe. If you disable the vaccine program temporarily, you will be able to connect to the game

2)     Gameguard error

Gameguard error is a temporary symptom and you can solve this problem by restarting MU after closing all the explorers or firefox down.
3)     “You are already connected to game” error message

This was due to incomplete close down of client in some of the computers. Please reboot your computer in this case.

Overall, we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.  We checked all the clients that were distributed from mirror sites and no virus was detected from any of them.

We are preparing manual patch for those of you who cannot connect to game at the moment. We will do our best to get it done as soon as possible.
