Problem with update or log-in?

Important note!
It might take a while until the launcher loads the new files to update.
Those who experience the launcher not being updated automatically, please be patient and give it a time.
It will start updating unless an error occurs.
Those who encounter an error when you log-in or the update process, please uninstall and download the full client then install again.
If you face any problem with connecting MU Online after season 9 update, please contact us via CS ticket with screenshots attached.
