For players having trouble with character transfer
We've had few reports that character transfer is not available for some users with the error message
[ Please leave the character's gens before applying for the service.]
Those who are having the same issue, please send the CS ticket with below information filled out :
1) Location of your character (e.g Event map, Noria, Lorencia..)
2) Gens and Guild status :
3) How many characters you tried to transfer
4) Others
On others, please give us as much information as you can provide.
