- You can use exchanged items in only Helheim/Midgard/Alfheim.
- Send the CS ticket with a proper name of reward by 21 September, 23:59 (UTC).
- Rare Item Ticket Reward Distribution will begin from 21 September, 2018 (UTC).
- Unclaimed items will be deleted during the scheduled maintenance on 4 October, 2018 (UTC).
- Rare item ticket 12+5 has been added with improved options.
