Regarding 6th Anniversary Redeem code abusing
Recently, we have received reports of users who have unfairly gained Redeem event code rewards multiple times for one account.
After conducting a series of thorough investigations, we have found the specific error related to this issue and have taken appropriate measures against it.
- All the event items from abused redeem codes have been permanently deleted.
Please note, we intend to take strong action against those who abuse any kind of issues in the system.
We will always try our best to maintain a good environment for everyone.
