We are aware that there has been an unforeseen issue regarding the rewards for those who purchased the Chaos Card Blue Innovation[10] during the promotion period.

In order to address the said issue, we have performed a rollback on all servers to the time just before the weekly scheduled maintenance had began.

All users who were online from July 25,2012, 18:00 GST to July 25,2012, 23:00 GST will receive a Gold Channel Ticket(1 day) as compensation. Also, all users who spent WCoins from July 25,2012, 18:00 GST to July 25,2012, 23:00 GST will be refunded for their purchases during the said timeframe.

Please expect all rewards for the Chaos Card Blue Innovation event and all compensations to be awarded by July 26, 2012, 23:59 GST.
