Full Compensations
Greetings MUtizens,
We are aware that there has been an unforeseen issue regarding the rewards for those who purchased the Chaos Card Blue Innovation [10] during the promotion period.
In order to address the said issue, we have performed a rollback on all servers to the time just before the weekly scheduled maintenance had begun.
Compensation for all
All users who were online from July 25, 2012, 18:00 GST to July 25, 2012, 23:00 GST will receive a Gold Channel Ticket (1 day) as compensation.
Compensation for lost periodical cash items
All users who spent W Coins from July 25, 2012, 18:00 GST to July 25, 2012, 23:00 GST will be refunded for their purchases during the said timeframe.
*This compensation is for someone who had been using periodical cash items from before the weekly maintenance.
Compensation for lost cash items
All users who used cash items after weekly maintenance and disappeared due to server Roll-back will receive all disappeared cash items.
Please expect all rewards for the Chaos Card Blue Innovation event and all compensations to be awarded between July 26, 2012, 21:00 GST and July 26, 2012, 22:00 GST
