In addition, we are currently operating under a KWS verification grace period to provide a stable verification system.

To provide a more stable service and minimize inconvenience, we would like to inform you that the KWS service grace period will be extended as follows.

■ Change to the Grace Period Schedule

 - Previous: March 31, 2026 (Tue) – April 28, 2026 (Tue) (before maintenance)

 - Updated: March 31, 2026 (Tue) – June 9, 2026 (Tue) (before maintenance)

  ※ Game restriction for Brazilian underage users will take effect according to the updated schedule.

■ Compensation and Refund Policy for Minor Users

 - There are no changes to the compensation and refund policy previously announced.

 - The refund policy does not apply to the extended grace period after April 28, 2026 (Tue).

 - Payments made after the maintenance on April 28, 2026 (Tue) are not eligible for refunds.
