Missing items issue after temporary maintenance on 29th AUG

Dear MUtizens,



Please note that the items which was purchased during the temporary maintenance(09:30~11:10(UTC), 29th AUG) has been missed in the inventory.


We are currently investigating the issue mentioned above and shall notify the users as soon as possible.


For any users who are experiencing any missing item issue in the inventory after the second temporary maintenance, please let us know through CS anytime.

- Purchase time
- Missing item name


Please send us CS tickets with exact information until September 8th, 2023

Once the required information is submitted, we shall check the purchase data and will send out the missing items as number one priority.
