Reminder: Claim your Season 20 Roulette Rewards by Oct 26th

We're sending out a friendly reminder to all players who participated in the Season 20 Roulette Event.
To ensure no one misses out, please remember that all unclaimed Rare Item Tickets (including Ticket 12+) are scheduled to bedeleted during the upcoming maintenance, as previously mentioned in the original event announcement.
The deadline to exchange these items is fast approaching! The Rare Item Tickets will be deleted during the scheduled maintenance on October 26th.
Action Required: How to Claim Your Reward
1) If you have any Rare Item Tickets in your Inventory or Storage, please take the following steps to secure your prize:
2) Submit a Customer Service (CS) Ticket
3) State Your Reward Clearly
* Ensure Inventory Space: Double-check that you have enough room in your storage before we process the exchange.
Please act quickly! You must submit your CS ticket with your reward request by October 26th (Server Time).
After the maintenance on October 28th, the tickets will be deleted and cannot be restored.
Our team wants to make sure every player receives their valuable rewards!
