Regarding Vietnam IP address connection issue
Recently there have been an issue where certain users from Vietnam who could not connect to Mu Online.
Vietnam IP is currently not blocked, but we will investigate into this issue so that all Vietnamese Mutizens can enjoy MU.
In order for us to resolve this, we will need a list of IP addresses that are having connection issues from Vietnam.
Please send us a CS ticket with your IP address (without any VPN or any external program).
[How do I send my IP to the CS team?]
1. Turn off all VPN and external programs that may alter your IP address.
2. Go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ and copy your IP address.
3. Go to http://cs.webzen.com/Inquiry/RegistInquiry/194/826 to submit a CS ticket.
4. Paste your IP address on your CS ticket, with an explanation of your connection issue.
Once we have received the list of your IP address, we will immediately start an investigation.
