For The users who made the 4th earrings with the 3rd earrings with 3 options until 04:00 on February 3rd,
we will exchange 4th mastery earrings for all items used to craft the 4th earring.

Craft Period: JAN 25th to FEB 3rd 04:00 UTC

Inquiry application period: Until FEB 10th 23:59 UTC

- Items crafted after 04:00 on February 3rd can not be exchanged.

- Enhanced 4th mastery earrings are able to exchange but the materials for enhancement will not be returned.
