The issue has been fixed by temporary maintenance at 8th of November.

Please note that the Monster Soul Converter item is currently unavailable for use after purchase from NPC. 

The issue occurs after the character has been changed or if the game has been disconnected and only the Nidavellir server is under affect. 

We kindly advise all users to consider the issue above and take caution before using the item until the issue is solved. 


Also, we are currently investigating the item expiration issue which has occured recently in Nidavellir server. 

We shall investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible, as well as resolving the items that have been expired beforehand.
