Announcement regarding several issues on certain items and its compensation
Dear Mutizens,
With the investigation on the enhancement rate, we have found two issues within game and are as follows.
Please refer to the following information above.
Elemental Talisman of Luck's enhancement rate not being properly applied and shown
Bonus Socket Option obtain rate for Seed Sphere of level 4 ~ 7 not being properly applied to as designed
The issues have been fixed during maintenance on April 16th.
We sincerely apologize for the issues caused and will make sure to do our utmost in providing better game experience.
For the disappointment and inconvenience these may have been caused, we have prepared the compensation rewards for all users below.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any incoveniences and confusion caused.
