Quest bug fixed and a blocked list of abusers

Greetings,

Recently, we got the information some users were abusing question bugs

from which jewel can be endlessly obtained on Feb 25.

This bug was immediately fixed and all the quests are normally being operated.

As a result of the investigation, we discovered some abusers and permanently blocked them.
