During the procedure of updating Season 6 Update, we have unexpectedly met many obstacles.Some of them were resolved through maintenance but some of them still remain.

Unfortunately, it is assumed that it will take some time to resolve remaining problems.

We decided to continue servers open and thus, some users may be suffered from the connection problem until the problem is solved.

We deeply apologize for the discontent you may feel due to the connection problem in Season 6 Update.

Not to mention, we will put our entire effort to resolve this problem as fast as possible and will let users know once the problem is solved.

Also, relevant compensation will be provided to all users and the specific details about the compensation will be released soon.
