Recently, almost all MU users have claimed unfair game play environment caused by duplicated items so that we took the action to delete some major items interrupting normal game play in order to make more pleasant and enjoyable game environment.

According to WEBZEN’s policy, we do not acknowledge any duplicated item involved transaction nor do we accept any excuse related to illegally duplicated item transaction.

The abusers called ‘dupers’ are permanently restricted and we decided not to block ordinary users while duplicated items in their inventory and vault are deleted.

Meanwhile, we didn’t delete any item from official routes considering the items acquired from chaos card or whatever from WEBZEN.

From this moment, we will keep watching if any duplicated item is infiltrated into Global MU Online and the second action may be taken according to situation.
