Known Issues regarding the expired items on 1~4 channels of Nidavellir
Dear Mutizens,
Our team confirmed that the period of items used in Nidavallir has been applied abnormally.
We found the issue the items purchased before October 26th have expired after using at the 1~4 channel of Nidavellir.
During the maintenance (*Only the 1~4 channel of Nidavellir) on October 27th 06:30~07:30(UTC), the issue was fixed.
For those users who are still undergoing the mentioned issue above, we are investigating to restore the expired items and modify the time-expanded items due to this issue.
We shall make sure to provide assistance and further investigate the case as soon as possible based on the information provided.
