Additional Item Retrieval from abnormally obtained items from Glorious Wing Box

Currently, items that were abnormally obtained from [GP] Glorious Wing Box X10 will be retrieved in stages as outlined below:
■ Start Period for Retrieval of abnormally obtained items: 2025-11-19
* Please note that, game access may be temporarily restricted during this period to ensure smooth retrieval.
* The duration of temporary restrictions will vary depending on the amount of items to be retrieved, and may take at least 30 minutes.
* Please keep the items subject to retrieval in your inventory or storage.
* Using these items after the current notice may cause in-game errors or be considered exploitation of a bug, which could result in penalties.
* Please be noted that spent amount will be fully reinbursed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temporary game access restrictions during this retrieval process.
For those experiencing the temporary game access resctrion, further compensation will be announced separately in a spearate notice.
