Issues with adding option to 380 lvl item[Fixed]

The error has been fixed, please log-on again.
We have found issues with adding option to 380 lvl item from Chaos Machine system, and working to solve this issue asap.
Please do not try to add option to 380 lvl item through Chaos Machine utill this problem gets solved.
