MU Online will be performing extended maintenance beginning at 18:00 on May 1, 2012 GST. That is to say, all game servers will be offline for more hours than usual. Please check the detailed information below.

May 1, 2012 18:00 ~ May 2, 2012 18:00 (GST)    

 

All MU Online game servers will be unavailable during the period and the maintenance will last almost 24 hours due to IDC maintenance (Internet Data Center) in United States.Forums will remain open during the downtime and various events from forum or Facebook will be held.Related events will be announced through Facebook or forum from respective game titles.    


 

[Compensation for paying users]

Considering that many players will lose cash items due to the extended maintenance, we are about to reimburse W Coin (C) for those who use any periodical item during the maintenance period.    

Cash Reward will be given on May 9, 2012 17:00 GST (After 1 week)*Reward schedule is subject to change.

Players who use any periodical item from May 1, 2012 18:00 to May 2, 2012 18:00    


 

[Compensation]

W Coin (C) that is 1day’s worth of used periodical items ex) If you were using Seal of Wealth [30 Days], 150 W Coin (C) will be given.


[Compensation for all]

To compensate MU players who are expected to undergo some inconvenience from impending 24 hour maintenance, we will hold a special event from which Gold Channel and jewel items are given as an expression of apology.
