Channel 8 will be changed to Non-PVP channel

Channel 8 of all servers will be changed to Non-PVP channel.
Quick maintenance for the change will be made from 7:00 UTC for 10 minutes.
Since we expect unstable environment in channel 8 during the maintenance period we suggest you avoid playing in channel 8.
