We announce that we have completed promised or missed compensations about recent issues and we apologize for the issues which may have caused inconvenience to Mutizens. Please note following list of compensation details.

[Promised compensations]

1) Compensations for the wrong VIP rewards from a stamp event have been completed.

2) For all Mutizens who underwent inconvenience due to DDOS attacks, compensations are being given in MU ITEM SHOP (Special Event Category). You can purchase Gold Channel Ticket [1Day] at 0 W Coin for a week. (Available only 1 time per account)  

3) For those who were using periodical items, compensations for the DDOS attacks have been given. As we noticed before, W Coin (C) that is 1 day’ worth of the periodical items having been used from August 17 18:00 to August 19 10:00 has been given as compensation. (Compensated coin will expire after 14 days)

[Missed compensations]

1) Compensation for the missed compensations from the unstable network issue caused by DDOS attacks (a few weeks ago) has been completed.

2) Compensation for the missed rewards for returning warriors has been completed

3) Compensation for the delayed rewards for ‘Surprise event - MU Online TOTO’ has been completed
