** Please note that the exchange item list for Rare Ticket 12+2, 12+3, and 12+4 has been updated on Aug 11th 2026.
* The latest change of the reward lists can be checked in the bottom of the current notice.  
* If you acquire Rare Item Ticket 12+No. (12+2 ~ 12+4), please submit a CS ticket to claim your prize according to this page. 
* Currently, Crusader Class can only exchange for weapons and armor with a max 1st Legendary gear.
* For Legendary Weapon Fixed Option of 'Excellent DMG rate+10%' will be given and 2 other options can be chosen.
* For Legendary Shied Fixed Option of each shield will be given as mentioned on the table below and 2 other options can be chosen.

- Mastery ~ Legendary Weapon (Rare Ticket 12+3) : 1st (Bloodangel) ~  10th Mastery Weapon (Lightning) / 1st ~ 2nd Legendary Weapon can be exchanged upon choice
- Mastery ~ Legendary Armor (Rare Ticket 12+2) : 1st (Bloodangel) ~ 10th Mastery Armor (Lightning) / 1st ~ 2nd Legendary Armor can be exchanged upon choice
