We, the MU Online, would like to sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused by the Helheim's server shutdown that occurred on June 26~June 27.

For the future going, we would put our best effort to minimize and/or prevent any reoccurrence of the particular outage.

At this time, we'd like to inform you of our compensation plan for any consolation of your inconveniences.

To start with, we have prepared the following compensation events on Helheim Server:

Duration: Begin at Maintenance Completion on July 8th, 2009 and end on the beginning of the Maintenance on July 15th, 2009.

200% Experience on characters under lvl 400, 150% on master level characters.

Now, the followings are the compensation policies on the purchased items:

1. Compensation on W Coin Purchased Items (Valhala, Midgard)

Valhala and Midgard Server: All characters that were using Scroll,1-Day seal items up until the start of temporary maintenance (01:30 on June 28th)

>> 100% Compensation of Scroll's Purchase Price
>> 100% Compensation of 1-Day Seal's Purchase Price
 (I.E. Scroll of Quickness = Compensation of 150 W Coin)

2. Compensation on W Coin Purchased Items (Helheim Seal, Scroll)

Helheim Server: All characters who were in use or who have at least used Seal or Scroll items once during the system error hours (Between 22:00 on 6/26 and Beginning of Temporary Maintenance on 6/28), would be compensated by 2 times as much worth of the original purchase value/price.

Note. 1. Any consecutive item purchase of the same kind or any combination of item purchase of various kinds will all be compensated case-by-case in accordance with the above comp. policy.
       2. For these compensations, we do not require any of your action as we will track your purchase records for all item purchases that have occurred during this time. Just sit back and relax
As far as how these compensations be applied, please take a look at the following examples.

 I.E.: 1-Day item of Seal of Wealth, 150W Coin => 150/1(day) x 2 = Compensated by 300W Coin

 I.E.: 30-Days item of Seal of Wealth, 2100W Coin => 2100/30(days) x 2 = Compensated by 140W Coin

 I.E.: Any kind of Scroll (Scroll of Quickness) => 150W Coin x 2 = Compensated by 300W Coin

3. Restoration on W Coin Purchased Items (Helheim, Sommoner Card, Tickets, etc.)

Helheim Server: All characters who have purchased consumable items such as Sommoner Charcter Card, Invitation Ticket, Demon, etc. during the system error hours (Between 22:00 on 6/26 and Beginning of Temporary Maintenance on 6/28), these would be restored 100% by their original purchase value/price.

 I.E: If you had purchased Sommoner Character Card at 03:00 on the 27th of June => Restoration of 400W Coin

When are all these W Coin Compensations & Restorations applied: During the Regular System Maintenance on July 1st, 2009.

W Coin Compensation and Restoration process may take onger period of time. We are doing our best to get it done ASAP. We thank you for your understanding and your patience.

Again, we apologize for all the inconveniences that have caused.
