[Notice] Instructions of Seal of Healing for Master level

Greetings,

We would like to give you some instructions about “Seal of Healing”, as we find some players having difficulties using this item.

The effect of “Seal of Healing” won't be applied when solely used when the character is Master Level. (Exceptional for normal level characters)

But it will be applied with the effect of “Master Seal of Ascension” / “Master Seal of Wealth” when they are used together.

So when your character is Master Level and wishes to use “Seal of Healing”, don’t forget to use it with “Master Seal of Ascension” / “Master Seal of Wealth” at the same time.
