We've found out an issue that chacaters from Titan,
who are qualified to challenge 4th Class Quest cannot proceed the quest.

There will be Temporary maintenance performed on Titan servers on 06/12/2017 (UTC) to fix the issue.

[Maintenance Schedule] 10:30 ~ 10:45 (UTC) Early Open
