Vault deletion during recent Wcoin Attack reward distribution

Greetings,

During the recent reward distribution for 2015 Christmas Wcoin Attack, many cases have been reported where player's Vault and Muun inventories were deleted completely. 

Please accept MU Support Team and Webzen's deepest apologies. 

We have started investigation regarding this error immediately after having received the first report, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. 


1. Item Restoration

We fully intend to restore 99% of all items deleted during 2015 Wcoin Attack reward distribution.

  • If you had already sent a CS ticket regarding the error, your ticket will soon be directed to item restoration process. Please refrain from sending another ticket, as this may delay the restoration process.
  • If you had not sent a CS ticket about the error, please send a CS ticket through THIS LINK. Please make sure to send your ticket from the account that has experienced the vault deletion. 

2. Reward Distribution

Regarding the rest of the Wcoin Attack reward distribution that will continue today:

  • All rewards will be distributed through Gremory Case (Press 'K'), "My Server" section. 
  • The expiration period of these rewards are 2 weeks, so make sure to receive them before the expiration date. 
  • Make sure to receive your reward from the right server/character of your choice.
  • Please refer to the following image to see the exact location of your reward. .

Due to unforeseen systematic error, the items distributed through Gremory Case have been found to have expiration date of usage. New permanent rewards will be distributed soon.
