All the Premium Service products are purchasable through our homepage’s web shop only after log out from the game.

2.     Premium Service Open Guide

We were finally able to deliver much awaited Premium Service to those of you who have been waiting for. There are 4 types of Premium Service products to bring more enjoyable gaming environment, here are each product’s brief explanation.

Master Skill Tree Initialization Service

Initialize Master Skill Tree.

You may redistribute the points in game after activating the service.

*You cannot use two services together at a time. If you have activated one service, it will have to be completed before you activate another one.

*You can use a premium service 10 minutes after logging off.

*Please write your master level character name correctly under account.

*The points will be initialized when using this service, but once you log-on to game, you will be able to redistribute the points.

*After confirmation, it will not be possible to cancel.

Character Name Change Service

You may change your character name here.

*The character should not be member of guild or GENS.

*You cannot change your character name to an existing name or name that goes against Policies A. User Names.

*There is no restriction on how many times that you can use this service.

*This service is only available to use on website.

*Please read instructions in Premium Coupon box before purchasing any service.

Server Transfer Service

You can move your character to a different server under same account.

*The character should not be member of guild or GENS.

*You can move your character one time to a different server under the same account.

*There is no restriction on how many times that you can use this service.

ex)You can move ABC character from Valhalla server to Helheim server.

*Please read instructions in Premium Coupon box before purchasing any service.

*’Valhalla’ Server is restricted to transfer their character to other servers and also ‘Helheim’ and ‘Midgard’ Servers are restricted to transfer their characters to ‘Valhalla’ Server.

Character Transfer Service

You can transfer your character to a different account in the same server.

*You should buy this service in a sending account. (not receiving account)

*There is no restriction on how many times that you can use this service.

 ex) You can send a character from account ABC in Valhalla to account 123.

*E-mail verification is needed before using this service.

*Character transfer is only purchasable with W Coin-P.
