In recent months, we have received a number of reports through CS ticket and community regarding the use of 3rd party or illegal hack programs.

First of all, we would thank all users who have submitted various reports, including screenshots and videos.

Macros and hacks, as they are commonly known, are illegal programs that not only have a negative impact on the
game, but also undermine the fairness of the game.

The MU Online Support Team has been taking action accordingly based on our Terms of Service and policies.

In addition, we will be responding to the recently reported programs, as well as programs that are currently in use, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Please note that from the time this notice is posted, we will take action without any exceptions or warnings.

Lastly and once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all users for their continued support of a fair gaming culture, and we kindly ask for your continued cooperation in eradicating the use of illegal programs.

In addition, we strongly urge all users to not use illegal programs that are not officially provided, as they may cause dangerous situations such as personal information exposure and virus infection.
