Greetings,

There will be scheduled maintenance performed on all servers on November 20, 2013 GST. Please refer to the following maintenance details.

-New complete installer on the website.
If you are unable to connect to the game we suggest doing the following:
1. Go to Start>Control Panel>Uninstall a program
2. Find MU and pick the Uninstall option
3. Close everything and open Internet Explorer (if you are using Windows 7 right click IE and select Run as Admin)
4. Go to webzen.com
5. Select MU Online
6. Click Download
7. Download and install the new client
8. Once installation is complete log in to our website and hit the play button (ignore the error message asking you to download patch)
