[How to participate]

1. Login to Webzen.com Website.
2. Visit our event page.
3. Once you login to the website and visit the page, you can score your visit. (Daily Visit: during UTC 00:00 ~ UTC 23:59 only)
4. Once you have scored your visits, you will get Event Coin (Confirm message will appear).
5. Unwrap you gift with your Event Coin. You need 1 coin for 1 unwrap.
6. If you are selected as a winner, please select server/character to receive rewards.
7. The reward will be automatically transferred to the character or account.

Please note,

1. You are not entitled to a refund if you cannot participate due to personal circumstances.
2. If you log in to the website before 00:00 UTC and visit the event page, it is possible that your participation will not be registered correctly.
3. It’s possible that you can’t receive the rewards if your server/character name is not correct, please be careful of the issue.
4. You are not entitled to a refund if you cannot participate due to any of the limitations mentioned above.
