[Automatic deletion of duplicated items]

Greetings,

we sincerely apologize for the widespread item duplication issue that has instigated abnormal transaction in game.

Currently, duplicated items are automatically erased 1 ~ 3 days after the duplicated date (Activated through the patch 2 weeks ago – We didn’t officially announce it) and those who purchase inappropriate items may get experience disappearance of the items after a few days.

Unfortunately, players still can’t be sure which item is duplicated at this moment but there are some ways to efficiently prevent more tragedies from happening.

1)     We do not admit real money transaction of in-game items according to our company policy.

Through investigations of duplicated items, we discovered most players didn’t normally trade items in game.

2)     It is highly risky that you buy rare items (+15 reinforced, more than 2 excellent options, etc) at very cheap price.

We also discovered that duplicators had tried to sell duplicated items as fast as possible at very cheap price.

We are tracing item duplicators and working on the patch to permanently stop duplicating items.

[Deletion of inappropriate goblin points]

Those players who had acquired a number of goblin points through inappropriate ways have been discovered and we erased all the goblin points they possessed.
