IMPORTANT: Dimensional Roulette Event Issue Regarding 200,000 Ruud Box (FIXED)
Dear MUtizens,
We have identified an issue in the global MU Dimensional Roulette Event where users who obtained the 200,000 Ruud Box as a reward and opened it from their inventory did not receive the Ruud properly.
Issue Resolution & Compensation Details
- Compensation:
A fix will be implemented, and the 200,000 Ruud Box will be re-issued to all users who opened the box from their storage before the fix.
- Unissued 200,000 Ruud Boxes:
Users who have not yet clicked 'Use' in the storage (X-shop) for the box can safely open it from their inventory normally after the fix is applied. (Fix time will be notified in this annoucement)
- Fix Schedule:
The exact time for the fix and re-issuance will be announced through this notice.
- The ISSUE HAS BEED RESOLVED as of AUG 12TH, 02:33 (UTC)
- 200,000 Ruud box can be safely used from storage.
- Users who opened the box from the storage before the fix will have the 200,000 Ruud Box re-issued by Aug 12th
