Notice regarding Gens Chat Spamming
Recently we have received reports of massive Gens Chat spamming in Helheim server.
The user behind the massive spam is confirmed to be using illegal external programs,
which enables him/her to use an innocent player's name to chat excessively.
The character name shown on the spam is an innocent player, and his name is being manipulated.
We are currently investigating on this matter to resolve this issue.
The player found to be behind this Gens Chat spamming + attempts at framing an innocent fellow player will be found and suspended permanently.
We will always work hard to make a clean, fun gaming environment for all Mutizens.
