Rare Item Ticket 9 will also be able to add Skill option

1 x Rare Item Ticket 9 = add Luck or Skill to any armor or weapon
2 x Rare Item Ticket 9 = add one excellent option on normal or excellent item

Maximum number of options you can have on an item are limited.

In order to exchange your Rare Item Ticket, you must send a CS ticket with the name of the item that you wish to exchange.
