We would like to inform you that we have recently received report about a tool which allows to access users' information by users' account name (ID) and we are currently under investigation.

The process of hacker accessing account information using this tool is as follows.

1.Sell in-game item Jewels by W Coin, cheaper than the quote (market price)
2.By selling the Jewels, ask the buyer’s account name by purpose of sending W Coin gift.
3.When the hacker discovers the account name, registered e-mail address and account number will be exposed.
4.Hacker requests e-mail change through CS with the information obtained by methods above.
5.Hacker creates new password through changed e-mail.
6.Hacker logs in the account, transfers all the items in the account to another account or sells them.

Therefore, please try not to trade with strangers and refrain trading with real cash.
We would like to notify that we are incapable of resolving problems occurred by these actions.
We are currently under specific investigation about this tool, and will do our best to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
